The GR did well, the Mini though very quick in a strait line, i know which one I’d rather be peddling down a typical B road in though

 

The Carfection review of the Mini said it was a proper handful, with torque steer, tramlining etc and needed to be auto so you had a firm grip of the wheel.
Even in the drag test it was a handful, admittedly it was damp conditions.

Very similar to the Civic Type R in terms of the drag race comparison - the extra power starts to show 100+.

 

That Mini is lighter and way more powerful so not surprised at all by the result. 8 speed DSG and torque steer why would anyone in their right mind want one of these at all.
I'd take a manual standard cooper (not S) over this any day of the week.

 

It's also modified.

 

It's basically got the same engine as the 2.0 supra.... A b48...

Sonora definatly over 310bhp.... And it's zf 8 speed auto is pretty handy changing gears.

Great car but it's more for the track... The GR did great even of Matt's changes were slow ...

Someone said that it's his GR Yaris lol

 

Own the GP1 & GP2 had pre-order on GP3 - race Mini Miglia - wanted to love the GP3 so badly; passed on GP3 for the GRY.
