OK so Tegiwa have come back and said September/October for delivery and no price, Garage D have said estimated £140+VAT but can't confirm yet, Coordsport have said £168 inc VAT and free UK mainland shipping (excluding highlands). Coordsport are happy to take orders though, delivery in October

Probably simpler than making an intake.

It's actually pretty easy, you can get binding tape now that means you don't even need to stitch anything. Literally buy a carpet or rug you like, cut to size and run the binding tape round the edge. By the time you've paid for materials though you wouldn't be saving much over just buying the £65 one.

Getting it embroidered is something I can't do though
