Contacted my local Toyota dealer the other day to book my 2 year service. Was told that it didn't need doing because the sevice interval was every 12K miles or 2 years whichever comes first!!! 
When I informed them it was actually every 12 months or 6K miles I was met with silence. Fortunately I have another Toyota dealer fairly close by so shall be contacting them to see if they are any better informed.
