Where did you take it on your test drive? I went out towards the airport, which is my commute into Leicester. Then played around those roads for half an hour, before heading back.

I certainly won't want to be driving such an SWB car over 140mph. I have driven plenty of other cars above that speed, but all had longer wheelbases, and were designed for higher sustained top speed and cruising.

i am not putting the GR in that high speed cruiser bracket in my mind.

Doesn't the GT3 have a shorter wheelbase than the GRY?

I am pretty sure the car was limited so that it was not faster than the GR Supra.. As I think that car is limited to 155 MPH and I am sure the Yaris would go faster than 155 de restricted.

Is that not the limit on all German cars?

The potential customers are already here forming a Q, why would a retailer try to get them to go somewhere else. Just annoys people I think. Not my fight and not something I want to buy but it would be something I would happily read about on a GR forum.

Seems counterproductive, if not anything else.
