I've stopped looking, otherwise I won't be able to pay for the car. ?

I've solved the mystery its a dick of a friend who got a stranger to prank ring me to make out the plate is worth lots of money as he hasn't got anything better to do with himself

That's perfection - unfortunately the UK system wouldn't allow that combination! I wanted a short plate and couldn't find any with WRC, so got as close as I could for reasonable money...with a little play with legal spacing!

 

I did post a separate thread in the discussion forum then asked for it to be deleted as I thought I was the only one doing it and whether it was bright to put it on a forum. Now Ive spotted this thread so meh ef it.
GR11PPY is what I went for.

A little bit of Gazoo GR magic arrived in July...with GA20 GRY!

 

I luckily got TO70OTA when the 70’s were 1st released.

 

I decided to avoid GR stuff as it's badged as that and yaris stuff because that's not something we want to shout about.

I thought what makes this car different or what is a stand out feature?

Well it has to be the wanky 3 cylinder engine ?

 

Erm, kinda went for some thing completely different. There is an R in it ???

 

I refuse to pay more than £250 for a plate so this is the best I could do.

same here, £250 and closest link was circuit pack car therefore LAP made sense to me

 

This arrived today. Had to get creative with mounting such a small plate! Very happy with it.

My GR arrives in August, and I'm wondering what plates to assign.
In Czechia we can register plates on request for about 390 GBP, but the letters G, O, Q and W cannot be used.

What do you think?
Any other ideas?

Both plates look great - Prefer the last plate.

Already have a reg, but hoping for a short (but legal) 14" plate which I can hopefully just attach with sticky pads. Can't seem to find any suitable holders & not keen on screw caps. Expecting huge power gains from the increased airflow ?

I would like to do the same. If anyone is in a position to do please could you let us know if the UK front plate holder unscrews from the black horizontal trim bar and what the screw hole measurement is - I plan to sticky my short plate directly onto the black trim. Thanks.
